As each item forms on the machine, the natural beauty is revealed inch by inch. The wood often decides what shape it
wants to be causing the turner to change plans to compensate for weaknesses, knot holes, wood grain and the occasional chunk
blowouts. The work is mysterious and wonderfully revealing.
In addition to my own bowls, I create vases, pens, rings, bottle stoppers, and many other items. Each item is unique due
