Drawing with fire! What could be more exciting? Wood carving magazines from Fox Publishing printed a number of pyrography
artists' work and showed wood burning as a natural inclusion in many carved pieces. I couldn't wait to try it. My favorite
designs involve western scenes, fantasy motifs, or the beauty of animals. Most of my work is done on basswood with raw edges.
